dahlia_moon- An extended preview of "Bad Moon Rising" (2x03); first off, yay!! Alaric's back! I've missed him. Secondly, I'm actually looking forward to the Tyler-is-a-werewolf plot line. I sorta spoiled myself way back in season 1 by reading spoilers about it so I've been looking forward to it since then. That, and I also really love that Mason character so am glad he's going to stick around for a while. *iz being so shallow*

- Not related to TVD, but this is an awesome post on accessibility codes and why it's much better to use <strong></strong> and <em></em> to bold things and emphasize them respectively.
- Von Grey Music is following me on Twitter. Which I find odd since I have no idea how they came across my name. I had no idea who this "Von Grey" person was and after doing some research, found that they're apparently four sisters singing music together. They're really good, although I have no idea what kind of label you'd put on their music - not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. I especially love "Rise Up", "Volcano", "What's Your Name", and their cover of Vertical Horizon's "You're a God." I think they're just all-around adorable. And I get giddy at discovering new music! So give them a try. :D

01. Your middle name, or explain your chosen name: in my culture, there are no middle names. The name my parents gave to me is Jelena; in Serbian, it doesn't mean anything, except there was a Princess Jelena of Serbia a long, long time ago. In Russian, it means "shining light."
02. Mental age: hmmm, about six or seven or five.
03. Single or taken: single, for now.
04. Favorite book: The Princess Diaries, Fahrenheit 451, The Shopaholic Series, Monsoon Summer, Catcher In The Rye, The Kouga Ninja Scrolls, The Little Prince, Diving in Deep, Improper Holiday, Tigers and Devils, the A Cambridge Fellows Mysteries series, probably more.

I don't know what my calling in life is, but passions are being creative and trying to do something good in the world.
07. What's your worst recurring nightmare/biggest fear?
I think my worst recurring nightmares include my teeth falling off or mutilation. I'm always afraid something horrible is going to happen to my teeth, even though I take good care of them; I always worry they'll one day inexplicably just fall apart straight from my mouth! (Well, maybe that might happen someday in old age...) And I've had a few nightmares where I've had body parts mutilated, like my arm turned into dust and broke in like a weird, half-curved angle. *shrugs* I dunno, those are the things that scare me the most in my dreams.
08. Faith, has you any? And if so, what, and if not, why not?:
Hmm, no faith really, if by faith you mean a religion. I don't like organized religion, and I've never been brought up as a religious person so it's like a really hard thing for me to find now. I like to think I have a curiosity and am open-mind about things, though.

No, we don't. I wouldn't mind meeting you outside of LJ. :D

To thine own self be true, as Shakespeare said it, and do no harm to your fellow being.

Half-empty.

Uh, I'm gonna have to say probably not. I just hate having "bad words" with people. If you did outright sought honesty from me, than yeah, I'd try to be honest, but if it's like me personally bringing it up, than no, I wouldn't ever say anything.

Many coffee night chats talking about everything under the sun. :D
14. What is your favorite guilty pleasure?
The Jonas Brothers. The Disney Channel. Cheesy movies. Bad soap operas. Bands and music from the past no one ever listens to.

I have really, really small feet. (I still wear size four sneakers and I can somehow, mysteriously, wear size five heels but anything beyond that is like clown shoes for me.)

1) Lots of money, 2) world peace, 3) make unicorns real

Anything made with potatoes, Boston creme cake, Bananko (which is basically a candy that's chocolate-covered and banana flavored - yummy!) and Bisella (which is like Nutella except smoother and with milk).

Dunno yet, honestly.

Cute animals.

Yes, absolutely.

In elementary through high school, it was English. Now it's Human Anatomy & Physiology - but not the chemistry parts of A&P.

Um, Eastern European? I personally don't think I have an accent but if you met me for the first time, you'd probably say I have some kind of accent.

If it was in my power, I'd so totally give you your sight back, but other than that, I wouldn't change a thing. :D
