I don't advocate skipping classes either but in this case, it's a class that's not note-heavy and I don't think I'd be missing out on much (it's art and not anything I couldn't take home and do anyway). I just don't think I could pull off skipping a class because my parents know my class schedule like the back of their hand and I know they'd never allow me to skip a class just to go to a concert. And I don't want to lie to them - not that I'd be good at it so it'd be a moot point.
