dahlia_moonI don't think I know what constitutes what a fact is, so have some random stories and other things about me which could be facts. :>
1. Each player starts with eight random facts/habits about themselves.
2. People who are tagged need to write their own blog about their eight things and post these rules.
3. At the end of your blog, you need to choose eight people to get tagged and list their names.
4. Don't forget to leave them a comment telling them they're tagged, and to read your blog.
1) I was bratty as a kid. I remember my mom's two cousins coming over to baby sit my brother and me, and I remember having to do chores like folding the laundry and my two cousins (who were like adults, they were old) were trying to help me and I (being the little miss perfect that I was) would say condescendingly that they were doing it wrong and would tell them that they had to fold it perfectly and would show them how to do it. They didn't offer to baby sit much, afterwards. (God, I bet they hate me right now.)
2) When I was six, I had this weird fascination with overalls. I begged and begged my mother to buy them for me, and when she did, they weren't really what I expected. They happened to just be regular, ol' clothes and I was so disappointed that they weren't...well something more. I think I was expecting them to be magical overalls. *g*
3) I still like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles...because ninjas are the awesomest and turtles are one of my favorite animals.
4) I sometimes don't feel like I'm a girl. Like, for example, I watch shows that are targeted toward boys (like Naruto, TMNT, Spiderman, Jimmy Neutron) and I hate doing my nails and my hair. I only wear a little makeup when I want to feel pretty, but otherwise I stay away from it because it annoys me. I sometimes feel uncomfortable wearing dresses. And regular girl stuff just doesn't interest me. But don't get me wrong, I love being a girl! (I just don't have any interest in specifically related girls-only stuff, but sometimes I do act very girly.)
5) I have very, very low self-esteem. Unfortunately. So, I love it when I get compliments. Of course, I don't go looking for them, but they are nice when I receive them just because I like knowing what others think about me, but I don't obsess over it. I can be very independent, and others' influence doesn't effect me, but I still care about people's thoughts and feelings about me because I feel like their views can help me to improve and be a better person.
6) I hate whining and bothering people. That's why I could be bleeding to death, but if it'd inconvenience someone, I'd keep quiet and not say anything until I was alone and could do something about it. And if my bladder was overwhelmingly full, but someone was in the bathroom, I wouldn't knock or anything. I'd just wait until they were done. And I try to never whine out loud because I know it can be annoying.
7) I ramble when I write. But, I'm quiet as a mouse in real life. I don't know what it is. I just can't quite come up with anything to say, but I can write until I develop carpal tunnel syndrome.
8) I hate sports. Yes, I do. Really. Mostly because I don't understand them nor can I play them. And I think they're barbaric (not in a modern Gladiator way, but just that they're not really fair).
