dahlia_moonI was gonna post all my reactions on Twitter, but then I thought maybe that'd be spoilery, and then I thought, maybe no one would care to get spoiled about Psych if they're not already watching. Ah, anyways, I've decided to post all my reactions on here, just to be on the safe side. Because I really want to get into the spoilery goodness but I also don't want to inadvertently spoil anyone.
- The promo made it look like the new head detective was A NEW CHARACTER AND NOT JULIET (with longer hair) OMFFFFGGGGG I DON'T KNOW HOW TO FEEL ABOUT THIS??? LIKE IT'S SO AWESOME THAT JULIET IS THE NEW INTERIM HEAD DETECTIVE BUT THEN LASSSSSIE. POOR LASSIE GETTING DEMOTED.
- Speaking off, I was pretty sure that in s7, Jules had really, really short hair, but "S.E.I.Z.E." had her sporting longer hair, kinda a callback to her s1-6 hair. Not that I don't like it, but there is no in-verse explanation yet! And it'll bug me.
- Trout. Oh. Trout. I don't really have any strong opinions about him? Like I find him so ridiculous as a character, I can't believe they let him be the new interim chief!
- "Danger" is /not/ Lassie's middle name. Jebediah is Lassie's middle name. Let that sink in.
- Marlowe and Lassie are soo cute. So cute. ♥♥♥ AND THEY'RE GONNA HAVE A BABBBBBY OMGGGG LASSIE YOU'VE COME SUCH A LONG WAY FROM ANGRILY SHOOTING YOUR EX-WIFE'S FIGURINE COLLECTION.
