It was a flat bread pita but it was sprinkled with cinnamon and organic sugar, I believe. Very delicious for a light, sugary snack.
(The kind of pita I'm used to - the slavic pita I call it - is not a flat bread kind of pita, but can be round, and is usually stuffed with spinach, cheese or - my favorite - potatoes. Basically pita like this (http://dinaxkaltak.wordpress.com/2012/05/18/pita-slavic-cousine/).)
