Things I'm Looking Forward To:

* The new Wonder Woman reboot. I haven't seen Friday Night Lights (I have been hearing fantastic things about it...) so can't comment on the actress but she's pretty enough.

* Terra Nova. I seriously have to plea that people stop making awesome tv! (at least for a little while.) Seriously! I can't get to it all.

*Abandon by Meg Cabot is coming out the 26th of April. (And the sequel to Insatiable in July? I think. Which is yay!! and all but it means I'm gonna have to break my promise to myself and break out the piggy bank even though I firmly told myself no more spending money on frivolous things. And books unfortunately go under that heading because you can't really wear a book or eat a book or survive in any way on a book.) It looks like it'll be a creepy story and that is awesome too! Because the story of Persephone and Hades is a *creepy* story. (Is it bad that I now want someone to write a modern day retelling of the Eros/Psyche story? Because that is so not a creepy story. But I really should be happy we're getting the Persephone/Hades retelling because that is an awesome story too - even if it is creepy. Ah the romantic in me.)

In Smallville news, Lex Luthor is coming back for the finale. I have no idea how they'll swing that but I'll tune in even if he's not my most favorite character on SV.

*Also, I feel I have to apologize to you all as I've been a very bad lj-friend lately what with not commenting or talking to any of you on here. I swear it's not personal and I am reading all of your updates, it's just I don't have the energy to think up replies at the moment. Maybe next week when I'm on break and haven't lost my head...

OMG I AM SO EXCITED FOR TERRA NOVA. LANDON IS STARRING IN IT. (and it's spielburg and it sounds awesome, but yeah, they had me at Landon. XD)

They hooked me in with Landon too and then kept me hooked with the dinosaurs and the awesome time traveling!

YES! I saw the two most recent-ish episodes (When Love Takes Over). OMG Fiona/Adam are sooo cute! I hope TBTB don't mess it up. (Of course this is Degrassi...and there'll be drama.)

Also, Dave and Sadie are cute too! I'm really happy he has a girlfriend now.

And Anya and Dr. Chris were adorable too. Eli and Clare, though they weren't the focus of the two parter, continued being their awesome selves.

I totally looked for Declan when they had Fiona's intervention but Degrassi disappointed me in that regard. It just would've been the perfect moment for him to come back right then! He wouldn't even have to speak! Just a cameo would've made me happy. :(

Yay! I'm so glad Landon has his own show. I was sad he didn't win a Gemini, since that's the biggest honor a Canadian TV actor can get, but he lost to Charlotte Arnold (for half the same Valentine's special, rofl. I love how Love Games was the episode that got both of them nominated. And rightfully so! It's become my Valentine's tradition and I still watch it constantly). But yes, I am so excited!

I actually watched Landon's guest appearance on Life Unexpected. He was amazing, and I loved his character and it was obvious that they wanted to make him an integral part of the show, but then it got canceled, and I guess it wouldn't make sense to include him in the finale (he had only been in five episodes, and this show was in its second season), so they just wrote him out. :/ But you should still watch those five episodes though because even then, it was worth it. (I only saw the five, and the finale.)

I love Fiona/Adam too! But I've been keeping up with the promos and... things don't look good for them. :/ It's kind of awful actually because the rumor is that Fiona really likes Holly J, and will be doubting her sexuality a lot. Throw in a transgender boy who loves her, and it's just... a bad situation. Adam already has problems with people not accepting him for who he is. But he really likes Fiona, and to have her be with him when she's actually attracted to girls, or more particularly, Holly J, well... things aren't going to end well.

It is an interesting storyline though.

Do you know what's sad? Part of me keeps hoping Declan will come back in every episode. I know he'll be back for one (the rumor is that he'll die, but there is no evidence for this at all), but ugh. Can't he just be with Holly J already? I still can't stand her with Sav. They just... fizzle each other out of existence. Or at least, that's what it feels like. Charlotte's an amazing actress, and all her non-Fiona plots (or non-Declan, but most of her Declan-related ones have revolved around the Degrassi writers' evil plans to get fans to hate him, and it's still not working) have been blah this season. *sigh*

I also wonder about Declan's return because the seniors don't graduate until mid season 11, so I hope Declan's in at least that one episode. I want him and Holly J to go to Yale together. Can't the writers just do that, after everything they've done to them?

(Haha, sorry, I needed to rant about this for the hundredth time. ><;;; )

YES. HE NEEDED TO BE PRESENT DURING THE INTERVENTION. WHAT ARE THEY DOING?! I'm sure Landon would have come back for a cameo. He really loves the Degrassi cast and the execs and he's shown up for Degrassi Meet and Greet events randomly just because he loves them and for the fans.
