(How's this question different from the crushes question, meme? Whatever, I tend to conflate "sexy" with "omg, I'm crushing on this person" though I know maybe the two categories are different for other people? And sure there are some sexy people who are assholes, but the assholery tends to overshadow the sexiness for me.)
