I thought so. It's one of those books that you read and always ends being memorable for you (at least for me xd).

I thought it was very realistic and fun to read. I fell in love with Leo and Stargirl.

On a semi-related note, I found the sequel and started to read it...and promptly wanted to chuck it out the window. It was a bit bland because the story was mostly in a diary format, and while I like those, these weren't comedic like the Princess Diaries series or the Georgia Nicholson series, so it didn't really work for the story. But anyways, that's about the sequel...

One of the things that I loved about Stargirl was how much I could relate to it. The story didn't try very hard to be good. It had its subtle moments, and the characters were endearing and well developed.
