lol, we just talked about what's not to like about the new PR movie on tonight's podcast!

Basically, our fear is just that- that a whole bunch of people who will love the movie will influx to the fandom, and that older (mostly male) fans will scare them away with "real fan" talk. "Well, you haven't see all the series so your not a real fan!" "People who have only seen the movie aren't true fans!"

And we're really worried that a lot of fanon spaces are going to become unsafe for new and old fans alike because of the division.

So there's that.

Also lol I still love DW and LJ, we'll be grannies on the porch together!
